Subscribe to a group

All members need to subscribe to the members group, this is how you do it:
-go to groups at the top, its between forum, faq, search, members, GROUPS
-click 'join a group' then you see members, click it
-click 'view information'
-last thing you need to do: click 'join this group'
-now the admin need to approve you
